9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlkanIO Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if no payment was made.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AlkanIO Labs harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AlkanIO Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes may be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
